WATER An adult person is about 60 percent water There is no universally agreed quantity of water a person has to consume per day, but a good approximation goes around 3 liters for men and around 2 and a bit liters for women. Water is essential for our body functions and beauty. By the time you feel thirsty, your body has lost around 1 percent of its total water. Good hydration can prevent arthritis, skin diseases, help reduce cavities and tooth decay etc. They say a person can last around three weeks without food but only around three days without water. Water is essential. So I wanted to start this blog with an encouragement to drink more water :) Drink it, it will do you good! cheers!
